Mercy Medical Center maintains a Language Interpreter Service to assist patients with language interpretation needs. Through a combination of full-time, part-time, on-call trained employees and phone interpretation services, every effort is made to provide readily available, professional interpretation services to patients and their families. Assistance with arranging sign language interpretation for hearing impaired patients is also available.
